A qualified solicitor, Jacqueline has experience in handling complex injury cases. She has a wealth of legal experience, having worked in the legal sector since 2009.

Her previous experience means she’s perfectly placed to lead our Legal Services team. Part of her role is ensuring the team works effectively and that our advisors are doing all they can to help people.

Jacqueline is part of our Senior Management Team and works closely with other departments to create an environment where everyone works together to achieve the same goals.

Outside of work, she spends her time with her young family and loves to go on walks and regularly visits Whitby.
