Herman Awarded £3,000 After Being Hit by Car

Herman was out and about and approached a street he had to cross. As it was a one-way street, he looked in the direction he expected vehicles to be travelling from. There were no cars approaching so he decided to cross.

However, he hadn’t seen a car that was coming from the wrong way. The driver couldn’t stop in time and hit Herman, knocking him down.

Apart from being a terrible shock, the accident caused Herman to suffer a number of injuries. His knee required surgery. As if that wasn’t enough to deal with, the accident also caused Herman to suffer whiplash and lower back pain.
