£820 Compensation for Mr Ford After a Road Traffic Accident
Mr Ford works as a prison officer and was travelling in the back of an ambulance escorting a seriously ill prisoner to hospital when a third-party vehicle hit the ambulance, resulting in him being thrown forwards from the force.
The road traffic accident left Mr Ford with soft tissue and muscle damage to his back, which caused him a significant amount of pain and discomfort.
Due to the physical nature of his job, he struggled with his injuries at work and was sent for physiotherapy by his employers.
While watching TV, Mr Ford saw a First4Lawyers’ advert and realised he may be able to claim compensation for his injuries. He gave us a call and we had an initial conversation, during which we decided that Mr Ford would likely have a strong case.
We were able to put him in touch with our specialist road traffic accident solicitors, who took his case on in a no win no fee capacity, meaning there was nothing to pay upfront and no risk involved if his claim was unsuccessful.
Mr Ford’s solicitor then went on to successfully obtain him £820 in compensation for the injury he sustained during the accident.
He described his experience with First4Lawyers as “first class” and would “definitely” recommend us to anyone who thinks they may have a claim for compensation.
