Mr L Compensated £1,720 After a Road Traffic Accident

Mr L was driving a work van around a roundabout when a lorry suddenly came across his lane and collided with the front of the van.

The impact of the collision left Mr L with an injured back and he had to take a week off work to recover. Although he has since returned to work, he is still affected by pain in his back – more than a year after the accident happened.

While Mr L was off work recovering from his injuries, he saw a First4Lawyers advert on TV and called us for help. We put him in touch with an expert solicitor who specialise in road traffic accident claims.

His solicitor took Mr L’s case on in a no win no fee capacity. This meant there was no risk to Mr L, as he didn’t have to pay anything upfront and there would be nothing to pay if he was not successful. However, this turned out not to be a worry, as his solicitor helped him secure £1,720 in compensation for the injury he suffered.

He says he would definitely recommend First4Lawyers to family and friends and described his experience as “professional”.
