First4InjuryClaims will discuss a No Win No Fee agreement with you, which means that if your claim is unsuccessful there will be nothing for you to pay.

If your claim is successful, First4InjuryClaims may be able to recover some of the legal costs from the other side's insurers, but you may be asked to make a contribution capped at 35% plus VAT of your compensation, but the exact figure will depend upon the type of accident you were in.
